What we collect

When you use the appointment request form, we collect only the answers you type in: the kind of support you need, your name, a phone number or email address, and any optional details you choose to add, such as a court location, a court date, or notes.

We do not ask for passwords, bank details, medical records, or information about children that you would rather keep private. Please do not include those things.

Why we collect it

We use your request for one purpose: to contact you, prepare for the conversation, and follow up about your appointment or question.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Who can see it

Only staff of the Lytton Restorative Justice Prevention & Education Program who need it to help you. Your request is stored with your other program records so the team can keep track of dates and follow-ups.

We do not share what you tell us with courts, police, employers, or other agencies unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to act — for example, if a child or another person may be in danger. If we ever need to share something, we will tell you first whenever we safely can.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and records only as long as the program needs them for follow-up and its own record-keeping, and we keep them in a system with restricted access. You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, or to correct something that is wrong.

This website itself

This site does not use advertising trackers. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google for those font files. Other websites you reach through links on this site have their own practices, and we cannot control what they collect.

Confidential and legal help

Our staff are not lawyers, so conversations with us are not the same as solicitor-client privilege. That is one more reason to keep very sensitive details off this form and to tell us about them in person or by phone.
